Administered Jira Data Center instance supporting 500 users. Developed new Jira projects for multiple business groups. Analyzed and documented existing Jira implementation. Supported security initiatives throughout the organization. Corrected bugs and improved workflows throughout existing Jira installation.

The CFPB, or Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, is a United States government agency responsible for regulating and enforcing consumer protection laws related to financial services. The bureau was created in response to the financial crisis of 2007–2008 and was established by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
