Administered Jira instance supporting 300 users. Developed new Jira projects for multiple business groups. Analyzed and documented existing Jira implementation. Corrected bugs and made improvements to workflows throughout existing Jira installation. Generated proof of concept to support implementing Jira plug-ins for resource management and Salesforce integration.
